Recoup is an AI commercial intelligence platform for construction contractors, operated by its founder, Abhishek Dhama. It analyzes project communications and contract documents that you choose to provide, in order to prepare claim-related evidence and draft documentation for your review.
When you use Recoup, you may provide project communications (such as emails you forward or paste and files you upload in PDF, DOCX, or EML format), contract documents, and account details such as your name and email address. You control what is added to the platform.
Your project data is used to provide the service: analyzing communications against your project's contractual scope, tracking notice deadlines, and preparing draft notices and Change Orders for your team's review. Each project's communications and contract data are kept isolated to that project. We do not sell your data.
Nothing prepared by Recoup is submitted to any third party without approval by a person on your team.
