Recoup analyzes project communications and contract documents you provide, and prepares draft claim-related documentation — such as notices and Change Orders — for review by your team. Recoup is a preparation and analysis tool; it does not submit anything on your behalf without a person on your team approving it.
Recoup's output is not legal advice and does not replace review by your commercial, contractual, or legal advisers. You remain responsible for the accuracy, timing, and submission of any notice, claim, or Change Order under your contracts.
You retain ownership of the communications, contracts, and other materials you provide. You confirm you have the right to upload them. Money figures presented by Recoup are computed against rates you supply; you are responsible for verifying all figures before use.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service in violation of applicable law or your contractual obligations.
Recoup is an early-stage product. Features may change, and availability is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis during the pilot phase.
